AZ SB1203

Requires presidential candidates to submit copies of their federal and state income tax returns for the preceding five years to the Arizona Secretary of State by September 15 before the general election.

Makes presidential candidates ineligible to appear on the Arizona general election ballot if they fail to provide the required income tax return copies.

Makes all candidates for presidential elector of a party ineligible to appear on the general election ballot if that party's presidential candidate fails to submit the required tax returns.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 16-242 and 16-344 to implement these tax return disclosure requirements for presidential candidates and their associated electors.
