Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 35-452 regarding elections to authorize public indebtedness by political subdivisions.

Changes the phrase "per cent" to "percent" in subsection A regarding the petition requirement of fifteen percent of qualified electors.

Corrects the election timing reference from "section 16-204, subsection B, paragraph 1, subdivision (d)" to "subsection f" for elections held on the first Tuesday following the first Monday in November.

Permits bond counsel fees, financial advisory fees, printing costs, and paying agent and registrar fees to be paid from either authorized bond funds or current operating funds.

Requires bond election expenses to be paid exclusively from current operating funds.
