Amends Arizona Revised Statutes to create a new offense for knowingly owning, possessing, purchasing, selling, transferring, or manufacturing animal fighting paraphernalia.

Applies to paraphernalia intended for use in animal fighting under section 13-2910.01 or cockfighting under section 13-2910.03.

Violation is classified as a class 1 misdemeanor.

Defines "animal fighting paraphernalia" as equipment, products, implements, or materials designed or intended for use in animal fighting, cockfighting, or training and conditioning for such activities.

Specific items included in the definition: breaking sticks, cat mills, treadmills, fighting pits, springpoles, gaffs, slashers, heels, and other sharp implements designed to attach in place of a natural spur on a rooster or game fowl.
