Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 8-390 regarding notice requirements in juvenile court proceedings.

Requires courts to provide the prosecutor's office at least five days' notice before scheduled proceedings, except for detention hearings.

Courts must state on the record the reason if providing five days' notice to the prosecutor's office is not reasonable.

Requires the prosecutor's office to provide timely notice to crime victims of scheduled proceedings and any changes to the schedule upon request.

Notifies victims that a predisposition or disposition proceeding may occur immediately following adjudication.
