Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-424 to impose a two consecutive term limit on school district governing board members.

Board members serve four-year terms, but are prohibited from serving more than two consecutive terms on the governing board.

Allows existing board members serving on the effective date of the act to complete their current terms despite the new term limit restriction.

Applies to regular elections held for school districts as provided under Arizona election law.

Makes technical corrections to statutory language regarding election procedures and board vacancy appointments.
