Amends A.R.S. § 13-2916 to clarify that it is unlawful for a person to knowingly terrify, intimidate, threaten, or harass another person through electronic communications.

Expands the definition of "electronic communication" to explicitly include social media posts, in addition to phone calls, text messages, instant messages, and email.

Defines "social media post" as a social media communication knowingly intended to communicate to a specific person or persons in violation of the statute's prohibitions.

Maintains that violations of this section are class 1 misdemeanors and does not apply to constitutionally protected speech or activity.

Clarifies that offenses committed through electronic communications are deemed committed at either the place where communications originated or where they were received.
