Requires the Arizona Department of Health Services to establish a conspicuous link on its website home page by February 1, 2022, directing to information about agencies assisting pregnant women through pregnancy and childbirth, excluding any agencies that provide abortion services.

Mandates the creation of a separate featured webpage accessible through AdoptionOption.AZ.gov listing public and nonprofit adoption agencies not affiliated with abortion providers, their services and contact information, adoption process steps, and agencies offering free ultrasounds or counseling.

Requires all website information to be provided in English and Spanish in easily downloadable printed formats.

Establishes a 14-member Adoption Promotion Task Force consisting of licensed social workers, adoption attorneys, nonprofit adoption agency employees, preabortion/postabortion counselors, nonprofit organization directors, and state legislators to advise the Department of Health Services.

Task force duties include advising on website information preparation and developing a public education initiative to promote adoption as an alternative; the task force is repealed June 30, 2022.
