Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 37-237 regarding notice requirements for the sale of state lands.

Requires notice to be posted on the department's website in addition to newspaper publication.

Maintains the requirement for publication in a newspaper of general circulation at the state capital and in a newspaper nearest the location of the lands for sale, each week for at least ten successive weeks.

For sales of lands and improvements, the notice must include the appraised value of improvements, the name of the improvements owner, and the terms for compensation of the improvements.
