Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 32-4404 regarding nonhealth profession regulatory boards.

Directors of nonhealth profession regulatory boards cannot advocate for or against legislative proposals in their official capacity unless the board has first taken a formal position on the proposal in a public meeting.

Removes the January 1, 2012 compliance deadline that previously applied to requirements for handling dismissed complaints and nondisciplinary actions.

Bill was approved by the Governor on March 26, 2021.
