Repeals section 41-3021.08 of Arizona Revised Statutes and replaces it with section 41-3029.08.

Establishes that the developmental disabilities advisory council terminates on July 1, 2029, with section 36-553 and the new statute repealed on January 1, 2030.

Continues the developmental disabilities advisory council to assist the division of developmental disabilities in the department of economic security with establishing, reviewing, and implementing policies and programs for persons with developmental disabilities.

Applies retroactively to July 1, 2021.
