Repeals section 41-3021.11 of Arizona Revised Statutes and adds section 41-3029.11 to establish a new termination date for the board of examiners of nursing care institution administrators and assisted living facility managers.

The board of examiners of nursing care institution administrators and assisted living facility managers terminates on July 1, 2029.

Title 36, chapter 4, article 6 and the new section are repealed on January 1, 2030.

Continues the board to promote safe and professional regulation of nursing care institutions and assisted living facilities in Arizona, pursuant to section 41-2955, subsection B.

Applies retroactively from and after July 1, 2021.
