Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 4-243 to allow wholesalers to sell refrigerated coolers to retailers under specific conditions that were previously prohibited.

Permits sale of refrigerated coolers valued under $300 that serve exclusively as temperature-controlled product displays for spirituous liquor and bear conspicuous, substantial, and permanently inscribed or affixed advertising of a liquor product.

Prohibits wholesalers from maintaining, repairing, or providing installation services requiring construction or electrical work for coolers sold under this exception.

Makes clarifying language edits throughout the statute, including changing "permit" to "allow" and "fund-raising" to "fundraising" for consistency.
