Adds section 22-206 to Arizona Revised Statutes governing virtual appearances in detainer actions (eviction proceedings).

Permits all parties, attorneys, and witnesses to participate remotely via telephone or video conference at the initial appearance in special detainer or forcible detainer proceedings.

Requires written notice to the court for remote participation.

Allows the court discretion to require all parties, attorneys, and witnesses to appear in person if a contested matter is continued to a later date.
