Amends section 21-222 to prioritize juror compensation from the Arizona lengthy trial and digital evidence fund, with surplus funds directed toward digital evidence management and storage costs.

Adds section 22-282 to extend the additional filing fee requirements to justices of the peace, effective until December 31, 2026, with the same exemptions and procedures as superior court fees.
