Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 32, Chapter 18, Article 3 to add section 32-1971 regulating compounding pharmacies.

Grants chronically ill and terminally ill patients the right to obtain individualized medications from compounding pharmacies with assistance from their health care providers.

Requires compounding pharmacies licensed in Arizona to have access to active pharmaceutical ingredients that meet United States Pharmacopeia monographs and come from FDA-registered manufacturers with certificates of analysis.

Prohibits use of active pharmaceutical ingredients deemed unsafe by the FDA or placed on the interim 503A Category II bulk drug substance list; allows use of Category III substances if they meet section requirements.

Defines "chronically ill patient" as having a long-term disease that may cause major irreversible morbidity if untreated and requires individualized medication not commercially available, and "terminally ill patient" as having a disease that will cause death in a reasonably foreseeable time.
