Requires each state agency with jurisdiction over street parking or publicly owned parking facilities to provide specially designated parking spaces exclusively for veterans.

Veteran parking spaces must be located adjacent to disabled person parking spaces, or if that space is reserved for a government official, adjacent to the government official's reserved space.

Defines "veteran" according to section 41-601 of Arizona Revised Statutes and extends the benefit to veterans' surviving spouses.
