Requires applicants for new applicator or qualified applicator certification to submit a full set of fingerprints and associated fees to the department of public safety for state and federal criminal records checks under section 41-1750 and Public Law 92-544.

Authorizes the department of public safety to exchange fingerprint data with the Federal Bureau of Investigation for criminal background purposes.

Adds director authority to maintain and post on the department website a list of persons who violated unlicensed pest management activity provisions, including known related business names, with removal available within ten business days after licensure and written request.

Adds director authority to provide public education regarding licensure, certification, and registration requirements for pest management.

Amendments to section 3-3614 regarding fingerprint requirements are effective December 31, 2021.
