Establishes the right of chronically ill and terminally ill patients to use medications obtained from compounding pharmacies, with guidance from their healthcare providers.

Allows licensed compounding pharmacies in Arizona to access active pharmaceutical ingredients that meet United States Pharmacopeia standards from FDA-registered manufacturers, including medications, dietary supplements, and amino acids already in use.

Prohibits any treatment or medication intended to cause the death of the patient.

Defines "chronically ill patient" as one with a long-term health condition that may not be curable and who might benefit from individualized medication not commercially available.

Defines "terminally ill patient" as one whose physician has diagnosed a disease that will cause death in a reasonably foreseeable time.
