Prohibits health care professionals from providing conversion therapy to patients or clients under 18 years of age, designating such conduct as unprofessional.

Exempts clergy members and religious counselors acting in a pastoral or religious capacity, and parents or grandparents who are health care professionals acting in parental capacity.

Defines "conversion therapy" as any practice or treatment seeking to change sexual orientation or gender identity, including mental health therapy targeting behaviors, expressions, attractions or feelings related to sexual orientation or gender identity.

Excludes from the prohibition practices that are neutral regarding sexual orientation or gender identity, including support for gender transition, acceptance and support services, identity exploration assistance, and discussions of moral or religious beliefs.

Applies to health care professionals licensed or certified under Arizona Title 32 chapters 13, 15, 17, 19.1, or 33.
