Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-1279.03 to require the auditor general to supervise and support a voter fraud unit.

Transfers the voter fraud unit from the department of law to the office of the auditor general, effective upon the bill's enactment.

Transfers all contracts, orders, judicial or quasi-judicial actions, personnel, property, records, and appropriated monies of the voter fraud unit from the department of law to the auditor general's office.

Rules adopted by the department of law regarding the voter fraud unit remain in effect until superseded by rules adopted by the auditor general.
