Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-1019 to extend the protected period for political signs from seven days to fifteen days after the general election.

Changes the post-primary election protection period from seven days to fifteen days after the primary election for candidates who do not advance to the general election.

Extends the initial protection period to commence sixty days before a primary election, during which political signs in public rights-of-way cannot be removed by municipalities.

Maintains existing protections allowing property owners and candidates to remove signs, and permits jurisdictions to remove signs that create safety hazards or violate Americans with Disabilities Act requirements.

Approved by the Governor on April 26, 2021 and filed with the Arizona Secretary of State the same day.
