Students receiving instruction through a distance learning plan pursuant to Executive Order 2020-41 must be funded at the same amount as students receiving in-person instruction under Arizona Revised Statutes Title 15, Chapter 9 for fiscal year 2020-2021.

Distance learning students may not be funded as Arizona online instruction students under Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-808.

The act applies retroactively from and after June 30, 2020.

Designated as an emergency measure effective immediately upon passage.
