Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 16, Chapter 4, Article 10 by adding Section 16-621.01 regarding post-election review procedures.

Requires county recorders and county boards of supervisors to provide designated representatives of the legislature access to or copies of election data, election results, election records, and election equipment, systems, and facilities after ballot tabulation is completed and before the official county canvass is issued.

Grants the President of the Senate and Speaker of the House of Representatives automatic access to election data and equipment upon written request, regardless of whether the legislature is in session.

Allows a majority of members of either house of the legislature to access election data and equipment upon written request, but only while the legislature is in session.
