Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-915 to clarify procedures for correcting state aid and budget limit calculation errors for school districts and charter schools within the previous three years.

Allows the superintendent of public instruction to require corrections in the current year, budget year, or split across years in cases of hardship to the school district.

Specifies that state aid adjustments for prior year assessed valuation changes must result from court judgments, county board of equalization decisions, state board of equalization decisions, or property tax error corrections.

Prohibits school districts and charter schools from revising average daily membership counts upward for a particular school year after June 30 of the subsequent school year.

Applies retroactively from June 30, 2019; approved by the Governor on March 30, 2021.
