Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 35-501 to require the Department of Administration to report on state and public lending programs and credit support programs alongside existing bond issuance records.

Mandates inclusion of information about each lending program and credit support program, including statutory authority, total dollar amounts offered, and estimated costs of likely defaults in the annual December 15 report to the governor and legislature.

Defines "lending program" as any state-operated program offering monies to private parties or political subdivisions expected to be repaid to the state.

Defines "credit support program" as any state-operated program that guarantees or provides credit enhancements, including state support for interest or principal payments, to debt of private parties or political subdivisions.

Retains existing requirements for recording bond issuance details within 60 days and analyzing outstanding indebtedness against constitutional debt limitations.
