Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-2511 to prohibit state government units and political subdivisions from contracting with information content providers or qualified marketplace platforms that engage in "targeted censorship."

Directs the state procurement director to terminate any existing contracts with contractors meeting the above criteria.

Defines "targeted censorship" as deleting or placing disclaimers on free speech that are unequally applied based on expressed beliefs, including words, art, multimedia, internet platforms, or applications.

Excludes from the definition of "targeted censorship" deletion of direct threats to harm persons or public entities, illegal pornography, or content users have opted to exclude in their settings.
