Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 19-123 and 19-125 to add disclosure requirements for ballot measures.

Requires the publicity pamphlet to include a boldfaced notice stating that statutory measures approved by voters cannot be changed in the future except by a three-fourths vote of both legislative houses (if furthering the original measure's purpose), by initiative petition, or by voter referendum, pursuant to Proposition 105 (1998).

Mandates that the same Proposition 105 notice be printed on official ballots immediately before the first proposed state statutory initiative measure and the first proposed state statutory measure submitted under referendum.

Updates gender-specific language in ballot form requirements from "he" to "the secretary of state" and "his" to "the voter's" for consistency.

Includes a severability clause stating that if any provision is found invalid, other provisions remain in effect.
