Amends Arizona Revised Statutes § 13-2917 to add specific evidentiary requirements for noise-related public nuisance prosecutions under subsection A, paragraph 1.

Requires prosecutions involving noise to include an accurate recording and measurement of the noise by a peace officer or code enforcement officer.

Specifies that sound pressure measurements must be made on the A-weighted fast response mode scale using methods consistent with American National Standards Institute standards ANSI S1.2-1962 (R1976) and ANSI S1.2-1971 (R1976).

Requires measurements to be taken using a Type 1 or 2 sound meter meeting ANSI S1.4L-1971 requirements or any other device that accurately measures sound levels.

Adds definition of "A-weighted" as a frequency weighting network used to account for changes in sensitivity as a function of frequency.
