AZ SB1506

Amends Arizona law governing community college tuition financing districts and workforce development accounts for community college districts.

Modifies Section 15-1409 to allow county boards of supervisors to serve as governing boards for community college tuition financing districts and clarifies that the same student cannot be counted twice as a full-time equivalent student in both a tuition financing district and a community college district.

Updates Section 15-1472 to clarify that community college tuition financing districts are not eligible to receive $200,000 base allocations from workforce development funds, but provisional community college districts that began operations before January 1, 2015 remain eligible.

Applies the amendments retroactively to June 30, 2021.
