Appropriates $1,500,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the Department of Economic Security.

Funds shall support a statewide information and referral service for health care services, community services, human services, and governmental services.

Department of Economic Security may provide the service directly or contract with a private entity to deliver the service.

Service provider must use 2-1-1 three-digit dialing access for public access to the referral service.

Service provider must be accredited through a national alliance relating to information and referral systems.
