Removes the requirement that all school personnel immediately report drug violations observed on school grounds to school administrators, and that administrators immediately report to law enforcement.

Eliminates the criminal penalty (class 3 misdemeanor) for school personnel or administrators who fail to report drug violations as previously required.

Modifies the school report card requirement in section 15-746 to reference incidents reported by law enforcement officers that are supported by probable cause, rather than those reported under the previous mandatory reporting provision.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 13-3411 and 15-746 regarding drug offenses on school grounds and related reporting obligations.
