Amends sections 31-411 and 31-418 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding prisoner supervision fees.

Monthly supervision fees for parolees remain at $65 minimum unless the board determines inability to pay and requires a lesser amount, with fees not beginning until 60 days after supervised parole starts.

Monthly supervision fees for prisoners on community supervision remain at $65 minimum unless the department determines inability to pay and requires a lesser amount, with fees not beginning until 60 days after community supervision starts.

Collected supervision fees continue to be distributed with 70 percent to the victim compensation and assistance fund and 30 percent to the community corrections enhancement fund.

Allows the board and department to require prisoners to pay reasonable costs for participation in drug testing programs, capped at the department's actual program costs.
