Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 41-2053 to require the governor's office on tribal relations to coordinate with the legislative indigenous peoples' caucus in addition to existing tribal representatives when planning Indian nations and tribes legislative day.

Mandates Indian nations and tribes legislative day occur on Wednesday of the first week of each regular legislative session, with the senate hosting in odd-numbered years and the house hosting in even-numbered years.

Requires the hosting chamber to hold a joint session of the legislature to pay tribute to American Indian history, culture, and contributions to the United States.

Directs the office to schedule activities and discussions between state and Indian nations and tribal leaders on issues of shared interest or jurisdiction.

Clarifies that Indian nations and tribes legislative day is not a legal holiday.
