Repeals section 23-1302 of the Arizona Revised Statutes, which pertains to right-to-work protections.

Changes the article heading of title 23, chapter 8, article 1 from "RIGHT TO WORK" to "GENERAL PROVISIONS".

Removes reference to free choice regarding labor organization nonmembership as a protected basis for retaliation claims in section 23-1501(C)(vi).

Becomes effective only if Arizona voters approve repeal of Article XXV of the Arizona Constitution (the right-to-work provision) at the next general election.
