Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-312 to change the write-in candidate filing deadline from the 40th day before an election to the 120th day before an election.

Maintains exception for write-in candidates under section 16-343, subsection D, who must file no later than 5:00 p.m. on the fifth day before the election.

Maintains exception for write-in candidates in elections that may be canceled under section 16-410, who must file no later than 5:00 p.m. on the 76th day before the election.

Retains existing requirements that write-in candidates provide nomination papers with personal information, financial disclosure statements, and comply with all other eligibility restrictions.
