Adds definition of "transaction coordinator" to Arizona real estate law as a person who assists a licensee with administrative duties during a real estate transaction.

Exempts transaction coordinators from the prohibition on accepting compensation from unlicensed persons, allowing them to work for any licensed broker without holding a real estate license themselves.

Allows transaction coordinators to accept employment and compensation from multiple brokers simultaneously, unlike traditional real estate licensees who must work for a single broker.

Modifies Section 32-2153 to clarify that paragraph 7 (compensation restrictions) does not apply to transaction coordinators.

Makes conforming changes to existing statutes including grammar updates and renumbering of definitions in Section 32-2101.
