School districts are prohibited from ejecting people engaged in peaceful protesting from school property or the vicinity of school meetings after school hours, or taking adverse action against them.

Peaceful protesting on school property or near school meetings after school hours does not violate trespassing laws under Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-2911.

School districts cannot require permits, applications, or any other authorization for people to engage in peaceful protesting on school property or near school meetings after school hours.

"Peaceful protesting" is defined as protesting that does not pose an obvious threat to persons, does not damage property, and does not interfere with or disrupt activities occurring at the location.
