Forbids landlords from advertising preferences or limitations based on reliance on rental assistance programs, subsidies, loans, or lawful employment.

Requires landlords applying income thresholds to subtract rent vouchers or subsidies from monthly rent before determining if tenants meet income requirements.

Defines "source of income" to include Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers, housing assistance, public assistance, emergency rental assistance, veterans benefits, social security, supplemental security income, and other federal, state, local, private or nonprofit assistance programs.

Classifies violations as unlawful practices enforceable by the Attorney General under Arizona's unfair practices statutes.
