Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 33-1314 to impose maximum permissible rent increases for tenants.

Limits rent increases to the lesser of: (1) 5 percent of the lowest rental rate charged in the preceding 12 months plus the gross domestic product price deflator index inflation rate, or (2) 10 percent of the lowest rental rate charged in the preceding 12 months.

Makes technical corrections to rental agreement language regarding payment timing and tax adjustments.

Expands provisions allowing landlords to contact authorized persons to retrieve tenant property in case of tenant death, with a 20-day removal period.
