Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-621 regarding ballot processing at counting centers.

Requires county recorders to separate defective or damaged ballots by type of defect/damage and ballot type, then maintain that separation.

Mandates posting the number, type, and category of defective or damaged ballots processed on the county's website.

Applies to all ballots that are duplicated and adjudicated, whether through electronic vote adjudication or manual processes.
