Amends Section 15-808 of Arizona Revised Statutes to require online course providers and online schools to report specific data to the Department of Education, including total courses taken and completed, pupil enrollment and completion rates, and end-of-course examination results.

Requires reporting of pupil exclusions from Arizona online instruction for failing to take statewide assessments and the number of pupils passing end-of-course examinations in English language arts and mathematics.

Mandates the Department of Education compile annual reports from all participating online schools and submit a compiled report to the Governor, Speaker of the House, and President of the Senate by November 15 of each year.

Requires separate reporting of full-time and part-time student enrollment and the average number of courses passed by each student category.

Establishes that online course providers and online schools must report data broken down by fall, spring, and summer testing windows for courses with end-of-course testing requirements.
