Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-746 regarding school report card requirements and content.

Expands school report card requirements to include detailed financial data beginning in fiscal year 2020-2021, including total revenues by weighted student count, federal/state/local revenue breakdown, and per pupil allocations for teacher pay, supplies, student support, special education, and facilities.

Requires schools to compare their per pupil funding information to both other schools in their local education agency and state average funding information for school districts and charter schools.

Applies school report card requirements to charter schools, school district schools, online course providers, and online schools as defined in statute section 15-808.

Makes technical corrections to existing report card language regarding academic goals and the timing of report card distribution.
