Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 12-2213 to modify witness privilege from arrest protections.

Changes arrest exception from "treason, felony and breach of the peace" to require that any arrest must be supported by a signed judicial warrant or order.

Extends privilege from arrest protections to family members of witnesses and persons residing in the same household as a party, witness, or potential witness.

Allows one day of travel time for each twenty-five miles from a witness's residence when traveling to and from court.
