Amends section 20-321.01 (licensing of adjusters) to incorporate conflicting amendments from Laws 2020, chapter 67 and Laws 2021, chapter 5, and repeals those conflicting versions retroactively to August 24, 2020.

Repeals Laws 2021, chapter 172, section 1 (section 22-248) because the legislation failed to strike conflicting language from house bill 2579.

Amends section 36-3201 (health care directive definitions) to add definition 14 for "qualifying health information exchange organization" and renumbers the surrogate definition to 15, incorporating amendments from Laws 2019, chapter 314, and repeals that conflicting version retroactively to December 31, 2020.

Makes technical corrections to section 20-321.01 regarding adjuster licensing requirements, changing "permitted" to "allowed" and "permitted" language in subsections relating to Canadian residents and portable electronics insurance claims adjusters.
