Requires voting equipment used in Arizona elections to be manufactured in the United States, effective by the August 2022 primary election.

Mandates voting machines maintain internal records of all mass storage device insertions/removals, software updates with timestamps, and every keystroke or screen touch.

Requires vote recording machines to provide printed records of voter choices and vote tabulating devices to maintain records of all ballots scanned or inserted.

Secretary of State must revoke certification of any voting equipment not complying with these new requirements by the August 2022 primary election deadline.

Allows Secretary of State to approve emergency modifications to certified voting systems for up to six months if election cannot proceed without the upgrade, after which equipment must be decertified unless formally recertified.
