Prohibits requiring any person to take, receive, or disclose receipt of a COVID-19 vaccine as a condition of employment, entry into any business or public space, or receipt of any service or good.

Prohibits discrimination against individuals who refuse to take, receive, or be administered a COVID-19 vaccine.

Defines "public space" to include places of public accommodation, buildings or spaces owned or operated by public bodies, and any other building or space generally open to the public.
