Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 12-1175, 33-361, 33-1305, 33-1404, and 33-2101 to address eviction procedures and notice requirements.

Prohibits state agencies and individual courts from adopting or enforcing rules that require mandatory or technical forms for providing notice or pleadings in forcible entry, detainer, or special detainer actions.

Specifies that any notice or pleading form meeting statutory requirements for content and formatting is sufficient to provide notice and pursue eviction actions.

Makes grammatical corrections to existing statutory language, including changing "no" to "not" in section 12-1175 and "nor" to "or" in section 33-361.
