Prohibits governmental entities at any level from using social media platforms for any official or governmental purpose.

Prevents governmental entities from creating, giving, or controlling social media accounts on behalf of elected officials.

Exempts personal social media accounts operated by elected officials from the prohibition.

Applies to all state, county, city, town, and political subdivision entities, including departments, agencies, boards, commissions, and public corporations.

Defines "elected official" to include state and county officials, municipal officials, school district officials, and Superior Court judges.
