Repeals section 41-194.01 of Arizona Revised Statutes, which authorized the attorney general to certify local ordinances or actions violating state law or the Arizona Constitution.

Removes provisions from section 42-5029 (transaction privilege tax distribution) that allowed the state treasurer to withhold shared revenues from counties, cities, or towns upon notice from the attorney general that local actions violated state law.

Removes provisions from section 43-206 (urban revenue sharing fund distribution) that allowed the state treasurer to withhold distributions to cities or towns upon notice from the attorney general regarding violations of state law or the Arizona Constitution.

Makes minor technical corrections to statutory language, including changing "one thirty-sixth" to "1/36" and "In no event may" to "may not" for clarity.
