Clarifies that severance pay definitions include amounts paid for resignations, terminations, exit incentive programs, and reductions in force, but excludes health benefits and employee benefit plan payments.

Applies to Arizona Revised Statutes sections 23-621 (unemployment definition) and 23-779 (benefit amount calculations).
